What You Need to Succeed:

✅ 1+ year of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

✅ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.

✅ Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition .

✅ A passion for the insurance industry and a drive to make an impact.
