Certis Title & Closings is expanding! We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to deepen our relationships with real-estate professionals throughout the River Region and accelerate our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with real-estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, and attorneys.
  • Promote Certis’ closing services, tools, and educational programs through in-person visits, presentations, and social media outreach.
  • Track pipeline activity in our CRM, set revenue targets, and report results to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing to create campaigns, events, and content that drive brand awareness and contract referrals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commission plan with no ceiling

Compensation:

$50,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:
  • The Business Development Representative will be responsible for bringing in new customers consistently.
  • House accounts are handled by the management and processing team; you will focus all your time and energy on new business.
  • Create meaningful contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Speak to small and large groups about a variety of industry-relevant topics.
Qualifications:
  • We are not looking for someone who checks boxes on paper.
  • There is no experience necessary for this role.
  • We are looking for the best fit for our company and our customers, regardless of degree or experience.
  • The most important qualification is the ability to hold a conversation and engage prospects.
