Key Responsibilities

• Exceed Client Expectations: Build strong relationships, conduct site visits, address needs, and ensure quality control.
• Motivate Your Team: Guide, develop, and ensure the success of your long-tenured landscape crew.
• Enhancement Sales: Expand your expertise to drive additional revenue.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records and client communication in Aspire Lite.

You Have

• 2+ Years Experience: In commercial landscape account management or operations.
• Client-centric mindset: Proven dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Strong Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent Communication: In English, Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Ambition: Desire to learn, grow, and become a Branch Manager.
