️ Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Lineville, AL | Full-Time | Travel Contract

Facility: Lineville Nursing Facility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 1 weekend per month
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week | 13-week assignment
Department: Restore Therapy Services
Float To: Brown Nursing Home (as needed)

✨ Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Restore Therapy Services team in Lineville, Alabama. This is a rewarding travel opportunity where you’ll work closely with residents to help improve communication, cognition, and swallowing functions—making a real difference in their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Current Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience (SNF or geriatric experience preferred)
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Contract Details:

• Start Date: November 10, 2025
• End Date: February 09, 2026
• Schedule Type: Deferred | Full-time
• Overtime: Daily OT after 12 hours | Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
• On-Call: None
• Negotiations: Pricing negotiations permitted
