Manager
This is not a sit-back-and-monitor type of management role. We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys solving problems before they become disruptions, building strong teams, and driving accountability across the floor.

- Lead daily warehouse/manufacturing operations to achieve production goals.

- Monitor manpower planning and operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support operational reporting.
- Identify operational risks and implement preventative solutions.
- Support new model and project activities within the department.
- Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and department performance.
- Communicate professionally with associates, leadership, and customers.
- Support hiring, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
- Maintain a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong operational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing production targets, staffing, and workflow planning.
- Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with management teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.
- Computer proficiency and operational reporting experience.
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as operational needs require.
- Salary: $72,254 annually
