Logistics Coordinator (Exports)

Our client in Theodore, Alabama is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with experience in exports to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Sales Support team, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations. **Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator (Exports) **Location:** Theodore, Al. **Payrate: $19-** $22 depending on experience **Shift:** Monday - Friday **What's the Job?** + Process international sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry. + Prepare and review required documentation such as duty drawbacks and customs clearances for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations. + Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. + Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries for timely product arrival. + Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems and assist in market analyses. **What's Needed?** + At least 3 years of proven experience in administrative or sales support roles. + Familiarity with international shipping processes and export documentation such as duty drawbacks and custom clearance forms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. + Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
