We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Sales to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills

With over 20 years of collective experience, we offer a variety of services to both commercial and residential customers as well as in-shop repairs and on-site welding. Our specialties range from the simplest repair of fixing a broken pot handle to the fabrication of structural steel beams and more. Our welders can meet high-quality standards to overcome any challenges that would prevent us from giving you the best results.
