Position Summary

We’re seeking motivated and skilled MIG Welders to join our expanding team in Boaz, Alabama.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG welding in flat, overhead, and downhill positions
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision
• Ensure welds meet ISO-certified quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Skills & Experience

• MIG welding (flat, overhead, downhill)
• Personal welding hood and steel-toe boots
• Ability to pass a MIG welding test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
