Were seeking an Insurance Sales and Service Representative who is customer-focused, motivated, and eager to grow within a supportive, team-driven environment. This role combines both sales and service, allowing you to build relationships and contribute to agency growth. You will work with warm leads, assist clients with coverage decisions, and support marketing efforts to generate new business. This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends, offering a balanced schedule and a clear path for advancement, including opportunities to grow within the agency or pursue agency ownership.
- First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000 in base, commissions, and bonuses

Responsibilities- Advise clients on insurance coverage and policy options
- Sell new Property and Casualty policies
