As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for tenants and visitors. **What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, responding promptly to calls and dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Assist in implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies to support client needs.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing accurate information to relevant personnel.
+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities occurring during the shift.
+ Work closely with on-site staff and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a secure environment.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or tenants as appropriate for a commercial real estate location.
+ Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating resources according to established protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
