What You'll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Operating computer systems to process bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and welcoming front desk operation.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or a similar field.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate booking systems with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
