Our client, a leader in the aluminum manufacturing industry, is seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support operations in key areas of the plant, including the Cold Mill, Hot Mill, Cast House, Element 13, and Roll Shop . This is a high-impact role in a heavy industrial environment, ideal for skilled electricians with industrial maintenance and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on large-scale industrial equipment.
• Install and commission equipment such as rolling mills, conveyors, CNC machines, casting equipment, and furnaces .
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems , AC/DC drives , 3-phase motors , and high-voltage equipment .
• Conduct electrical installations and repairs, including work on switchgears , generators , and control systems .
• Ensure precision and attention to detail when working with tight tolerances and complex systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens preferred).
• Experience with AC/DC drives , high-voltage systems , and switchgear maintenance .
• Proven ability to commission equipment and perform detailed electrical diagnostics.
• aluminum manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician certification highly preferred.
• Experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Apprentice in a contracting agency.
• Technical training or associate degree in Electrical Maintenance or related field.
