Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville is part of a National Franchise Organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to institutional, commercial, and residential properties due to fire, water, mold, storm or other disasters. Responsibilities:

The estimator will use multiple software programs such as Xactimate and Symbility to sketch and type up property claims.

Duties:

● Handle day-to-day admin task

● Sketch and type up various estimates in a timely manner

● Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate revisions

● Provide detailed updates and notes per claim

● Daily communication with Estimator and Project Management Staff

Qualifications Required:

• Xactimate/ Symbility Estimating Software required (Sign-on Bonus)
• Experience in Microsoft applications
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized flexible
• Detailed-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player

Highly Preferred:

● Background in reconstruction or water mitigation.

Potential sign-on bonus based on experience.
