Loxley, Alabama : Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in the offloading, receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of products in a warehouse environment. Efficient and timely completion of duties is critical, as well as the safe operation of industrial power equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers.

Essential Duties:
• Receive, transport, and stock inbound products from manufacturing facilities and suppliers, including physical lifting and movement using powered and manual lift and material handling equipment.
• Accurately place and properly stack stock for storage in designated areas, recording the stock location into the perpetual inventory record using the proprietary system.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading, and scanning outbound products from storage areas to shipping lanes for distribution to consumers, dealers, and other destinations. This process includes matching serialized products to orders, uploading items to manifest or transfer locations in the proprietary system using company-secure IT network, equipment, and procedures. These tasks require physical lifting and the use of both manual and industrial powered equipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as required to meet company compliance requirements.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and comply with all safety regulations established by the company.
• Other duties as required by management, including product preparation, reuse or recycling of revenue commodities, 5S responsibilities, attending company-required training, and committee participation.
• Use heavy industrial power equipment and perform job duties at heights requiring fall protection, which, combined with the physical requirements and heavy lifting, increases the risk of injury in this position compared to other RDC jobs.

Requirements/Skills:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in delivery, warehousing, receiving, issuing, packing, shipping, and/or storage of goods.
• Must have valid DL and clean MVR.
• Forklift certification required; experience using a cherry picker is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to move heavy items (up to 350 lbs.) for several hours consecutively when pulling and putting away furniture.

Physical Requirements:
• Often required to sit, perform repetitive hand motions, hear, listen, talk, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, balance, reach overhead, crawl, pull, push, and lift up to 350 pounds.
• May be required to climb stairs and ladders.
Preferred Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of inventory procedures.
• Understanding of proper methods and procedures used in safe receiving, storing, requisitions, shipping, and delivery.
• Knowledge of internal control procedures for processing received products against purchase orders and packing slips and actions to reconcile.
