What You’ll Do
- Provide and oversee wound care and treatment services for residents
- Assess, monitor, and document skin integrity and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Educate staff on wound care and treatment protocols
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state required)
- Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
- Knowledge of long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
