Position: Virtual Coordinator
Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Coordinator to join our team. As a full-time, remote position, the Virtual Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating tasks for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and events for team members
- Manage and maintain virtual calendars for team members
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other virtual communications in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and distribute virtual correspondence, memos, and reports
- Conduct virtual research and compile data for various projects and tasks
- Assist with virtual project management, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate virtual travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain virtual filing systems and databases
- Provide virtual support for marketing and social media initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth virtual operations and communication
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a virtual administrative role
- Proficient in virtual communication tools, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with virtual project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Experience with virtual marketing and social media is a plus
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
