Baldwin Health ED - Level III ER
APP Coverage: 20 hrs
Physician Shifts: 6am to 6pm; 6pm to 6am
Pts per hr: 1.77
Annual Volume: ~29,000 annual volume
Admit Rate: 20%
ED Beds: 9
Hospital Beds: 112
EMR: MedHost
Imaging: CT; Ultrasound; X-Ray
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
- BC Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFM) with three years post-grad ER experience
Benefits & Compensation:
- W2 or 1099
1099 rate - $260.00/hr base + $20.00/hr Quality Metric Bonus ($280/hour)
- W2 rate -RVU-based compensation plus $20/hour QSP plus $10 night differential (averaging $255/hour)
