Join our dynamic team at the Shane Cone Allstate Insurance Agency in Homewood, Alabama, as a Customer Service Representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease and expertise. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems
- Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Allstate experience required
- Active property & casualty insurance license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
