Pay: $25 to $27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
⏳ Project Duration: 2 Months

Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Certified Mini Excavator Operator to join an active underground electrical project. If you have experience trenching for utility or electrical installations and take pride in working safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
✔ Certified Equipment Operator
✔ 3+ years of mini excavator or excavator operating experience
✔ Experience with underground electrical, utility, plumbing, or mechanical trenching preferred
✔ Ability to pass a Federal Background Check
✔ Valid Driver's License or REAL ID
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Proof of current vehicle registration and auto insurance
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a mini excavator to support underground electrical and utility installations
- Dig trenches to the required depth, slope, and grade specifications
- Safely excavate around existing underground utilities
- Work in active construction environments while maintaining OSHA safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to keep projects on schedule
