We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts by organizing campaigns, coordinating events, and producing marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communication, thrives on teamwork, and excels at project management.

Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking progress.
- Coordinate promotional materials, including brochures, print ads, and presentations, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the planning and logistics for events such as trade shows, client seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help refine marketing strategies and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to coordinate materials, event logistics, and promotional items.
- Maintain and organize a marketing calendar, tracking key milestones and deadlines for campaigns and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic market data to inform marketing strategies.
