What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

As a Cracker Barrel Retail Manager, youre a leader who focuses on people and creating a welcoming place where guests find more than just great products, but also a memorable experience. You will oversee all aspects of retail operations from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team. Backed by the right tools and training, youll set the example and inspire your team to share the goodness of country hospitality.

• Leads with a warm, confident style

• Keeps the store running smoothly while lifting up your team

• Drives sales and creates a shopping experience guests cant forget

• Balances hands-on attention with big-picture vision

• Has 2+ years of retail management experience

• Can work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed

• Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent
