What You Will Do

• Command CNC machines, expertly managing the setup and operation of both milling and lattice equipment, driving quality in every piece produced.
• Decode blueprints and technical specs, adhering to the nuances of their design requirements.
• Ensure every CNC machine runs seamlessly with proactive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Monitor the machining workflow, optimizing where necessary to deliver on specification fidelity.
• Inspect and validate components with an arsenal of precision tools, affirming the highest standards.
• Collaborate hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams to elevate production methods and outcomes.
• Maintain an impeccable workshop, prioritizing safety and orderliness.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced machining certification is desired.
• Demonstrated experience within a CNC machining setting, exemplifying craftsmanship and knowledge.
• Adept at reading complex technical documents and translating them into precise work.
• Skilled in CNC programming with G-code, M-code, and familiarized with machining processes.
• Acute proficiency with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for solving intricate problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills that drive effective teamwork.
