We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on 1st Shift in Leeds, AL. This position involves welding aluminum components to assemble structural forms with precision and attention to detail. A weld test and quality assessment will be part of the interview process.

Location: Leeds, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Saturdays
Pay Rate: $22/hour Key Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum and steel components to assemble structural forms
• Layout, align, fit, and weld fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Maintain close tolerances and make precise adjustments
• Inspect work for alignment, dimensions, and quality standards

What You Bring

• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with aluminum
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Dependable with a solid attendance record
• Comfortable with physical tasks: moving, twisting, bending, crouching
• Experience with a handheld plasma cutter is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Vocational or technical training preferred
