Welder/Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.69 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am )

• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate and weld metal components to required specifications.
• Cut, fit, assemble, and weld metal parts using appropriate welding techniques and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity before completion.
• Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, presses, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred, with the ability to perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding based on job requirements.
• Abililty to read blueprints, technical drawings, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and the proper use of fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a physical production environment.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, which may include a welding test, background check, drug screen, and verification of work eligibility.
