Revenue Cycle Management Reporting and Data Analytics

The RCM Reporting and Data Analytics position is responsible for performing quality assurance audits to ensure proper reimbursement, as well as preparing reports and reviewing trends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, and document department policies and processes for various needs within the RCM Department to facilitate operational excellence
• Audit current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing and collections operations
• Generate financial data reports and communicate with the Finance department for processing of client management fees
• Create monthly report cards and year over year comparisons for each client to communicate financial health of the practice
• Coordinate the provision of training for new and existing billing staff on applicable operating policies, protocols, systems and procedures, standards, and techniques
• Facilitate logistics and execution of new client onboarding to increase impact and retention
• Research upcoming trends in the healthcare market and develop proactive plans for minimizing impacts on clients
• Maintain library of information and tools related to documentation guidelines and coding
• Position will work closely with RCM Leadership on projects as they arise
• Monitor, identify and report trends based on data reviews
• Work on special projects as assigned

• Nextgen/MDI: 5 years (Preferred)
