What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new industrial accounts through outreach, referrals, and solution-driven selling

• Conduct motor and system assessments , including surveys and technical presentations

• Recommend the right mix of motors, VFDs, soft starters, and power transmission products based on customer needs

• Present products and deliver training to engineers, MROs, plant maintenance, and purchasing staff

• Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining strong margin performance

• Provide ongoing account support and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

• Conduct joint calls with vendor partners to present value-added services and solutions

• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent ESR and generate new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Recent experience in industrial outside sales , preferably in electric motors, drives, or power transmission distribution

• Knowledge of industrial customers and MRO workflows

• Strong communication and consultative selling skills

• Must reside in the Alabama / Mississippi territory

• Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves

• Sales background in manufacturing, aggregates, petrochemical, utilities, or OEM markets

• Technical aptitude or ability to present and train on electric motors and controls

• Previous experience working with leading brands such as ABB, Toshiba, WEG, or US Motors

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products
