We are currently seeking a LCSW or LMFT to join our dynamic team.

Position Details:

· Job Title : Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMFT)

· Location : 314 Canyon Park Dr, Pelham, AL

· Compensation : Starting Pay of $55,000.

o Once a full schedule is achieved and maintained for 1-month, increased pay to $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse clientele

· Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health challenges, life transitions, and relationship issues

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

· Ability to offer in person as well as telehealth appointments

· Maintain a schedule of 30 - 34 patient hours weekly.

· Maintain an active license with regular and timely completion of CE hours

Qualifications:

· Required : LCSW or LMFT licensure (active and in good standing)

· Experience : 2 – 3 years previous clinical work

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Passionate about supporting clients’ mental health and well-being

· Familiarity with DBT and/or CBT-I
