This Job is for employment in our Auburn, AL location.

Starting pay rate based on experience.

Some travel may be required infrequently; lasting up to 1 week.

Relocation expenses may be available for qualified candidates.

We are currently seeking an Inventory Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for Maintaining Shop Inventory Items stock levels and Special Ordering for Field Service jobs. An extensive knowledge of locksmith and access control related products is preferred. Main duties include Identifying and sourcing products to meet field technician / counter technician needs; and estimating jobs based on product knowledge. Experience in Inventory Management is Required. You will research and determine best product and availability; working with current distributors; and establishing relationships with new distributors. Product knowledge can be acquired on-job, if experience is in a different related field. Must pass ABI & FBI background review and Pre-employment Drug test. Continued employment is contingent on applicant's ability to obtain and maintain required certifications. This job will require 24 hour on-call status on a Rotating Basis as On-Call Dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

• Special Order Products to meet Customer / Technician requirements
• Maintain Supplies & Inventory in Auburn AL Location AUB
• Generate Purchase Orders
• Manage Facility maintenance and cleaning
• Manage Staging and Stocking of Materials
• Manage Receipt of Ordered Materials

• Inventory Management
• Computer and Quickbooks Program Operation
• Ability to learn basic locksmithing for counter service
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check; and maintain industry licenses & certifications
