Compensation: $65,000 $90,000 annually (based on experience) + performance incentives

What Youll Do:

• Lead & Dispatch: Oversee shop workflow, assign jobs, and maximize productivity
• Diagnose & Repair: Handle advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
• Mentor & Motivate: Coach technicians to meet and exceed production goals
• Drive Performance: Lead the shop to 150+ flagged hours per week
• Ensure Quality: Maintain safety standards, shop organization, and top-notch service

What Were Looking For:

• ASE Master Certification (preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience in a high-volume shop
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Commitment to efficiency, quality, and teamwork
