**What You Will Do** **:**
+ Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions using Google Vertex AI and Gemini models.
+ Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub actions.
+ Build and optimize generative AI and agentic AI systems for real-world applications in secure environments.
+ Integrate AI solutions across multi-cloud platforms, including AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies, architectures, and deployment pipelines.
+ Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in all AI implementations.
+ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI and agent-based systems.
+ Experience with GCP services and infrastructure design.
+ Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI tools, including Vertex AI, AutoML, and Gemini APIs.
+ Proficiency with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock) and Azure AI (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
+ Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
+ Proven ability to work in secure, mission-critical environments.
**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ Master's degree
+ Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
+ Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices in secure cloud environments.
+ Experience with monitoring tools and observability practices.
+ Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect).
+ Prior work supporting DoD, IC, or federal government AI initiatives.
