We are seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This position plays a vital role in supporting our event planning operations, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently from conception to execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning and execution for corporate, promotional, and brand-related events

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations

• Assist with budget tracking, supply procurement, and timeline management

• Prepare event materials, logistics schedules, and documentation

• Provide on-site event support, including setup, coordination, and breakdown

• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders before, during, and after events

• Assist in collecting feedback and compiling event performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for event coverage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
