Agile Onboarding is on the hunt for a Customer Support Professional who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of SaaS and help us deliver an unforgettable experience to our growing list of clients.

This isn't your average support role—we're looking for someone who owns outcomes, brings positivity to the chaos, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers using our Applicant Tracking and HR platform

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide timely and empathetic responses, and resolve tickets via Salesforce

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback

  • Proactively spot trends in support requests and propose solutions

  • Be a brand ambassador—positive, curious, and professional

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A solutions-first mindset with relentless curiosity

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
