Forklift Operator 1st Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm )

• Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying materials are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Stage, organize, and transport materials to support production and shipping schedules.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and assist with inventory control activities.

Forklift Operator 1st Shift Qualifications:

• Previous forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and follow established safety procedures at all times.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screening, including background checks and/or drug testing.
