Staff Development Nurse - RN - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are in search of a qualified RN Staff Development Nurse - $3045-$39.60

Responsibilities:

1. Implements and monitors orientation program for all new employees according to policies, procedures and Federal/State requirements
2. Review Nursing Exception Report and compare it the schedule and hall assignment.
3. Post Daily Staffing Requirement per Federal and State Regulations
4. Completes and maintains accurate working schedules in compliance with State Staffing Regulations and facility budget.
5. Participate and attend monthly QA meetings / Attend and participate in daily morning meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Registered Nurse
2. Clerical ability is necessary to read reports and utilize data accurately for other purposes.
3. Ability to plan and direct the department, coordinating with other departments.
