Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our commercial accounts and drive new business opportunities. This role focuses on consultative selling, long-term client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to project closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients including corporations, developers, architects, designers, and facility managers
- Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and product presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, specifications, pricing, and project timelines
- Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Stay current on product offerings, design trends, and industry developments
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- (Preferred but not required) - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial furnishings, construction, interiors, or adjacent industries preferred)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and long sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling to architects, designers, dealers, or corporate clients
- Knowledge of commercial furniture systems, interiors, or contract environments
- Background in project-based or solution-based sales
