Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our successful dealership. If you have a proven track record of sales experience/achieving goals and fantastic communication skills or a desire to learn this position, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives and drive sales. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience with a desire to grow their income as they grow sales. Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about used cars, vehicle specifications, and the loan application process
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Meet monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a bonus
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
