Job Title: Licensed Sales Producer

Location: Remote

Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Sales Producer role with a base salary between $36,000 and $40,000 annually

Total Comp: $70,000-$90,000 annually

Top producers: earning over $100,000 annually

Hours: Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Fridays 8 AM to 4 PM CST

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound and inbound sales calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Cross-selling current customers
• Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Professional development and training

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent or current Allstate sales experience or 2+ years of captive insurance sales experience
• Have a valid Property and Casualty license in your state
• A production level of at least 30 items per month
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A dedicated workspace and reliable internet
