Position Summary

This is an ONSITE position located in Huntsville, AL. Active TS/SCI clearance REQUIRED.

NCC is looking for a dynamic Contract Program Manager for an anticipated contract to oversee the entire contract operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, subcontractor management, timelines, budgets and primary Point of Contact (POC) between the Contractor and MDA Contracting Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide executive level leadership, direction, and management of enterprise type efforts for government entities.
• Lead and provide direction to management staff.
• Oversee creative employees involving staff hiring, performance, and corrective action.
• Provide management guidance regarding higher level requirements and input in solving complex issues and resource allocation of sizable magnitude.
• Provide strategic solutions to address issues and implement plans to achieve successful contract performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application.
• BA/BS Degree with 15 years of experience managing government contracts including supporting stakeholder requirements OR MA/MS Degree with a total of 10 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Effective delegation skills
