Ambassador Personnel is in search of a Recruiting Branch Manager to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

We are a full-cycle staffing firm specializing in Industrial and Administrative placements. The Branch Manager’s primary goal is the financial success of the branch. This position requires someone able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
The Recruiting Branch Manager is responsible for the recruitment of applicants for the branch. You will work with clients locally and on a national level, performing remote recruiting in multiple states.
A Few Key Responsibilities:
- Financial responsibility of meeting or exceeding the annual budget for the branch.
- Recruitment, training, management, and development of the branch team.
- Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
- Build on existing client relationships and grow the bottom line.
- Manage job applicant responses via job boards and Applicant Tracking System.
- Work with clients on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
- Experience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L’s, and all branch financials.
- Must have at least 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image.
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve the desired outcome.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
