Aspen Bravo is a rapidly growing residential window and door replacement company committed to delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. We proudly install ProVia® windows and doors , recognized throughout the industry for their superior craftsmanship, energy efficiency, security, beauty, and industry-leading warranty.
We’re not looking for someone to simply manage a territory—we’re looking for someone to build one.
As the Area Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for launching and leading our Huntsville market. You’ll recruit, train, coach, and develop your own sales team while implementing Aspen Bravo’s proven systems and culture. This is a rare opportunity to help build a national organization from the ground up alongside executive leadership.
This is a 100% performance-based opportunity with no base salary. Compensation is earned through leadership overrides and revenue generated by the sales organization you recruit, develop, and lead. There is no cap on your earning potential.

Your Role as Area Sales Director
The Area Sales Director is responsible for building and leading Aspen Bravo’s sales organization in the Huntsville market.
Your success will depend on your ability to find the right people, develop them, create accountability, establish a winning culture, and consistently execute Aspen Bravo’s systems.
You won’t simply inherit a team.
You’ll be responsible for building one.
This role requires someone willing to wear multiple hats, solve problems, create momentum, and lead from the front. As the Huntsville market grows, your responsibility will shift from personally creating momentum to developing leaders who can help you scale the organization.
Responsibilities
- Launch and lead Aspen Bravo’s Huntsville market.
- Recruit, interview, attract, and develop exceptional sales professionals who fit our culture.
- Build a high-performing local sales organization focused on accountability, integrity, and results.
- Train every new team member using Aspen Bravo’s proven sales systems and leadership principles.
- Lead daily meetings, sales training, role-playing, coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and accountability reviews.
- Mentor Sales Representatives and help develop future sales leaders.
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to company standards.
- Monitor sales activity, closing percentages, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Use performance data to identify weaknesses, improve execution, and increase market production.
- Help attract talented people to the organization and create a culture where high performers want to stay and grow.
- Execute company systems consistently while maintaining the highest standards for the homeowner experience.
- Develop future leaders from within the Huntsville organization.
- Work directly with executive leadership as Aspen Bravo continues its national expansion.
- Protect and strengthen the Aspen Bravo culture within the Huntsville market.

Compensation
100% Performance-Based Compensation
- No salary.
- No cap on earnings.
- Leadership overrides based on the revenue generated by the sales organization you recruit, develop, and lead.
- Significant income potential as the Huntsville sales organization grows.
- Additional performance incentives based on market growth, leadership development, and operational performance.
- Qualified leaders may become eligible to participate in Aspen Bravo’s Founding Leadership Participation Program , recognizing the individuals who help build the company during its national expansion.
Expected first-year income for successful Area Sales Directors is $200,000+, with exceptional leaders having the opportunity to earn substantially more as their markets and teams continue to grow.
