Senior Program Analyst

**Description** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support the delivery of cybersecurity services for a federal/state agency contract. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As the Project Analyst, you will work directly under the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables, timelines, and reporting. While a deep cybersecurity background is not required, you should be comfortable working in a technical environment and communicating with both business and IT stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables + Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items + Assist with development of project schedules, status reports, and dashboards + Coordinate internal team meetings and client-facing briefings + Track risks, issues, and change requests, and help ensure timely resolution + Collaborate with technical leads to gather input for reporting and planning + Ensure contract and compliance documentation is current and organized + Assist in maintaining PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence) + Prepare presentations and briefings for senior leadership and agency stakeholders **Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field and 6 years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of education will be considered + 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or PMO support + Strong organizational and communication skills + Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, etc.) + Experience supporting technical or IT teams (cybersecurity environment a plus) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project tracking tools + Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines + Candidates must be able to pass a CJIS Criminal Justice background investigation and maintain CJIS clearance throughout employment term. Citizenship Required **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (or working toward it) + Experience supporting federal, state, or local government contracts + Exposure to cybersecurity terminology, frameworks, or compliance (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls) + Familiarity with service delivery in SOC, IR, or risk/compliance environments Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
