Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Provide general information about the dealership and its services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
