Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations and present appropriate coverage options
• Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and pricing to clients
• Guide customers through the application and renewal process
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and client communications using CRM software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have or be able to obtain a state insurance license (licensing reimbursement available for the right candidate)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Tech-savvy: capable of learning CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual skills are a plus
