About the role:
The Junior Merchandiser supports in-store product execution by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are fully available and visually appealing. This role helps drive sales through strong retail presentation and consistent store-level execution.

Responsibilities:
Product Stocking & Replenishment:

• Stock products in shelves, coolers, and display areas
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product availability is maintained
• Rotate product using FIFO (first in, first out)
• Remove expired, damaged, or outdated products
• Maintain clean and organized shelves throughout the store

Merchandising & Display Execution:

• Maintain planogram compliance and merchandising standards
• Build and replenish secondary displays and promotional setups
• Ensure coolers and endcaps are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support seasonal and promotional merchandising initiatives

Retail Support:

• Work with store personnel to ensure product placement and availability
• Address basic stocking or inventory concerns in assigned stores
• Maintain a professional and positive presence in retail environments
• Inventory Reporting
• Monitor product levels and identify restocking needs
• Report out-of-stock issues, damages, or store concerns
• Communicate store conditions and opportunities to supervisor

Candidate requirements:

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and professionalism in retail settings
• Applicants must satisfy all screening standards, including drug testing and background review
• Must be willing and able to work weekend shifts
