Animal Health Center and Clawington of Madison are seeking a Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to help create exceptional experiences for our clients while strengthening our connection with the community. This is a client-facing position focused on building relationships with pet owners, helping new clients understand our services and policies, gathering feedback, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, creating memorable experiences, producing engaging content, and representing our organizations in a positive and professional way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new clients and personally introduce them to our team, mission, services, and how our clinic operates.
• Conduct new client onboarding conversations and annual wellness visit touchpoints to review clinic policies, communication preferences, available services, and resources that help make veterinary care more accessible and personalized.
• Build meaningful client relationships that encourage loyalty, retention, and referrals.
• Create social media content, including gathering photos, patient stories, educational content, and community-focused posts.
• Manage day-to-day social media engagement and help maintain a strong online presence for both organizations.
• Support implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns developed in partnership with leadership.
• Plan community outreach, events, partnerships, and relationship-building opportunities.
• Monitor client feedback, online reviews, and trends to help improve the client experience.
• Share client insights and recommendations with leadership.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients in person.
• Enjoys meeting new people and creating positive experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to represent the values and personality of Animal Health Center and Clawington of Madison.
• Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, veterinary, or pet care experience preferred.
• Experience with social media, photography, content creation, or marketing is preferred.
  
  

Schedule & Availability:

• Full-time position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
• Primarily a client-facing role within the hospital and pet resort environment.
• Occasional participation in community events or special projects may be required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
