We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead the opening of a dual-property Marriott-branded hotel in Birmingham, AL, scheduled to open in late Q3 / early Q4 2026 . This is an immediate hire for the right candidate.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven hotel leader with Marriott experience in a similar role , strong leadership presence, and a track record of driving operational and financial results.
What You’ll Do
Lead all pre-opening and opening efforts for the dual property
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team
Drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and operational excellence
Oversee financial performance, labor, budgeting, and profitability
Create a culture of accountability, service, and results
What We’re Looking For
Marriott experience in a similar General Manager or senior hotel leadership role
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
Proven success driving hotel operations and financial performance
Pre-opening experience preferred
Dual-property experience preferred
Hands-on, organized, and highly results oriented
