Straightforward dispatch flow and regional freight consistency help CDL-A truck drivers maintain steady weekly miles without constant route changes or unpredictable scheduling. Drivers based in Montgomery run established multi-state lanes with organized dispatch planning, dependable freight movement, and no-touch dry van loads throughout the week.

Regional Freight

Drivers operate across established regional lanes with a strong mix of drop-and-hook freight and limited live unload loads depending on the customer. Loads are planned in advance to help reduce downtime between trips while maintaining steady freight movement throughout each dispatch cycle. The operation is built around keeping drivers moving consistently with fewer unnecessary delays.

Dispatch Scheduling

Drivers operate on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning creates a more predictable work routine while supporting reliable weekly mileage across regional operations. The scheduling structure is designed to keep freight moving efficiently from one trip to the next.

Equipment

Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.

Pay & Benefits

Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.

Additional Information

Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required
