Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide personalized tours of the community, highlighting luxury features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends to drive occupancy and revenue goals
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, including applications, screening, and lease execution
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events
• Ensure model units and common areas are maintained to impeccable presentation standards
• Accurately track traffic, leasing activity, and follow-ups using property management software
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve leasing and occupancy targets

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (luxury environment preferred)
• Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to close deals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand
• Proficiency in property management software Entrata and EliseAI is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed

Saturday 10AM - 5PM
