Commercial Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up / Renovation Projects – Direct Hire

• Lead all onsite operations from project kickoff through closeout for commercial construction projects
• Oversee subcontractors, site safety, schedule, and quality control across multiple project types
• Serve as the onsite leader coordinating daily field operations, client communication, and progress reporting

The Position

• Manage daily field operations, subcontractor activities, scheduling, and site safety
• Coordinate project sequencing, material deliveries, and quality control inspections
• Utilize Procore and project scheduling tools to track progress, RFIs, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure successful completion
• Drive preconstruction meetings, lookahead schedules, and enforce safety and building standards
• Lead final inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation

The Detail

• $82,000–$100,000 base salary, quarterly bonus potential, full benefits, 401(k) with match, vehicle or allowance program, PTO
• 7+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar ground-up and renovation projects
• Proficient in Procore and familiar with Microsoft Project (logic ties, critical path, float)
• Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, envelope) and blueprint/spec interpretation
• OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed for project coverage
