Bilingual Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, in both English and Spanish
• Answer and route incoming phone calls with a clear, professional speaking voice
• Schedule client appointments and manage calendars
• Accurately type documents and correspondence quickly
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
• Maintain organized reception and office areas
• Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Bilingual Receptionist Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, friendly demeanor with clients and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
